To receive your unique referral code, simply contact us, and we’ll provide you with your personal code for sharing with friends.

Once you have your referral code, you can share it via email, social media, or messaging apps. Just make sure your friends use the code when completing a property purchase or sale with us.

When your friend completes a successful property transaction using your referral code, we will notify you, and the Cash or Vouchers reward will be sent to you via your preferred payment method.

You can refer up to 3 friends per year, giving you the chance to earn up to Cash or Vouchers .

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • Only existing Royce customers can participate in this referral program to refer new customers.
  • Referred friends must use the referrer’s unique code when applying with Royce .
  • Referred friends must not be existing Royce customers.

Reward

  • You’ll receive cash or vouchers for each successful referral when your friends complete a property purchase or sale with us.

Payment

  • The referral reward will be issued once your referral’s property transaction is completed.
  • It may take a few weeks after the transaction is finalized before you receive your cash or vouchers. Please feel free to contact Royce if you experience any delays.

General

  • Royce reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. We also reserve the right to withhold the referral payment if we believe the offer terms have not been properly followed.
